As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and their customers to drive growth and achieve Feedvisor organizational objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute partnership and customer prospecting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a proven track record of successful business and customer development
Responsibilities:
Identify Partnership Opportunities:
- Working directly with the Head of Sales & Partnerships to conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, potential impact, and feasibility.
Prospecting:
- Conduct proactive prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential partners through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
- Engage with partners to understand their partnership strategy and identify ways to integrate FV products.
Drive trials and conversions of partner opportunities:
- Implement and coordinate partnership programs
- Monitor partnership trials and conversion performance
- Identify opportunities for optimization and growth of trials, including phone-based/email/social media programs
- Work to convert trials to paid customers as defined
Customer Growth
- Support email/phone-based programs to identify opportunities and drive upsells of existing customers
Product and Market Knowledge:
- Partnership Manager to have a solid understanding of Feedvisor’s product, as well as the industry and market landscape in which they operate.
- This role often involves staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques and product development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Partnerstack experience (Nice to have)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective partnership strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the E-commerce Industry is a plus.
