Senior Brand Manager Job DescriptionAbout CityMall:CityMall is a community commerce platform focused on 500 million new to internet users, collectively referred to as Bharat. As a horizontal e-commerce player, CityMall focusses on categories including Grocery, FMCG Goods, Electronics, Apparel, Household Items & General Merchandise.Bharat consumers are untouched by traditional E-commerce with large players like Flipkart Grofers & Big Basket largely operating in the tier-1 & metropolitan cities of India and focusing on relatively premium households. Key bottlenecks for penetrating Bharat households are lack of trust, lack of familiarity to browse & purchase online, low average order value (which makes economic viability a challenge for the platforms), and lack of online credit channels (which neighborhood stores offer).CityMall is a highly effective channel to serve these consumers through a layer of "Community Leaders". Community Leaders act as Social & Geographical connectors between end consumers and CityMall. Role: Senior Brand Custodian of the brand and driving key actions around building the brand.
  • Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Own the consumer & community partner and driving the creative strategy to creative development for an impactful communication
  • Creating the most impactful communication strategy and owning the media planning & buying for the communication, along with PR
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Own the consumer and partner insight mining and monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Creating and developing a strategic long-term plan for consumer wins
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders within marketing, from category, supply chain, and other teams to drive impact across the organization.
Skills Required
