Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and ensure alignment with job requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to the HR department.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th Pass,
Experience: 1–2 years in field recruitment or sales roles; freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
