We are revolutionizing network security by providing fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. As we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, it's clear there's a missing piece. That's where you come in!

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent to lead and execute our hiring efforts while helping us better leverage internal talent across the organization. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you will personally own and run searches while also guiding and supporting our recruiting function. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable closing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and building simple, scalable talent programs as our needs evolve.

Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up, and are ideally located near the Greater Tampa Bay area, available for a hybrid-office position in our Westchase, Florida office.

We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!

At DNSFilter, you will:

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — helping them define role requirements, build effective interview plans, calibrate candidates, and make confident hiring decisions
  • Hold hiring managers accountable to structured processes, including timely scorecard completion, calibrated feedback, and aligned decision-making
  • Educate and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, market dynamics, and talent strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance on headcount planning, budget alignment, and role approvals to ensure recruiting efforts are tied to business priorities
  • Act as a player-coach by supporting and developing a Sr. Recruiter while maintaining your own req load
  • Manage and continuously improve structured recruiting processes that drive consistency, speed, and quality across the organization
  • Optimize and maintain our ATS (we use Greenhouse) to ensure clean data, efficient workflows, and reliable reporting
  • Drive internal mobility efforts by helping match existing employees to open roles and increasing visibility of internal opportunities
  • Provide talent mapping and workforce insights to help leaders understand talent gaps, pipeline health, and market dynamics
  • Own the candidate-to-new-hire handoff, including preboarding communications, Day 1 readiness, and early onboarding experience — partnering with People Ops to ensure a seamless transition and strong first impression
  • During lower-volume hiring periods, contribute to onboarding process improvements, manager readiness resources, and other talent programs that strengthen the employee lifecycle

To qualify for this role, you have:

  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven ability to independently run searches and close candidates across a variety of roles
  • Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
  • Prior experience leading other recruiters
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing hiring volume and priorities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work hours overlapping with ET hours. Bonus points if available to work a hybrid-office position in our Westchase, Florida office.
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship from an employer now and/or in the future

We Offer:

  • Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance, not just time in the chair. You help us grow, and we will help you grow.
  • Passionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it
  • Paid company-wide week off at the end of each year
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Awesome company swag
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees
  • Full short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability
  • Retirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees
  • In-person annual gatherings. Last time we all spent a week on a beach in the Dominican Republic!
