As the Sr Manager, GTM Systems within the Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the operational framework and systems that support end-to-end revenue generation processes. Reporting to the VP of RevOps, you will align business strategies, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure scalability and efficiency in the systems and processes that enable our revenue growth. This role is instrumental in enabling a seamless and data-driven customer journey, from lead generation to retention, while fostering close alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and support.

In this role you will:
Architect and Align Revenue Operations Systems:
- Design and build the foundational architecture for RevOps Systems, ensuring alignment across CRM, sales automation, support, customer success, and marketing platforms.
- Develop an integrated system strategy that promotes data transparency, accessibility, and consistency across the organization.
Process Optimization and Standardization:
- Lead efforts to streamline, document, and standardize revenue-related processes to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure a cohesive experience across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and Finance to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, aligning processes with business goals and objectives.
Revenue Data Strategy and Insights:
- Define and implement a data strategy that provides actionable insights into revenue performance, customer acquisition costs, churn, lifetime value, and other critical revenue metrics.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools that enable leadership and team members to make data-informed decisions.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive workflows, data integrity, and alignment with the revenue strategy.
- Champion the adoption of RevOps best practices across departments, fostering a unified approach to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
Support Strategic Planning and Forecasting
- Collaborate with the VP of RevOps in strategic planning, providing insights into the operational and system changes needed to support revenue growth and scalability.
- Play a key role in scenario planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts, ensuring revenue targets align with capacity and operational capabilities.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and practices in revenue operations, particularly AI and automation, that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Continuously monitor the performance of implemented processes and systems, iterating and optimizing as the business evolves.
Data Integration and Accessibility:

- Design frameworks for efficient data integration across systems, ensuring data is easily accessible and usable for business intelligence, analytics, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to provide input into data storage and optimization that supports the needs of the revenue teams.
Team Leadership and Program Management
- Lead and mentor the GTM Systems Operations Managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
- Oversee cross-functional programs and projects, managing day-to-day activities, team workload (“work queue”), and ongoing deliverables through scalable, transparent systems that provide visibility into status and progress.
- Partner across departments to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives—such as the consolidation of GTM systems and processes driven by M&A or organizational transformation.
To qualify for this role, you have:
- 10+ years of experience in business architecture, revenue operations, or similar roles within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams and/or direct team people management
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing revenue-focused systems and processes, with strong knowledge of CRM, sales automation, marketing, support, and customer success tools.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive alignment and facilitate change across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data management, forecasting, and reporting, as well as using data to inform and drive business decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and scalability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities effectively.
- Agile and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in RevOps practices and technologies.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience with RevOps Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in industry-standard platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Vitally) and familiarity with integrating these tools for a unified revenue stack.
- Change Management Experience: Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new systems and processes collaboratively.
Bonus points for:
- Prior successful experience working with distributed teams
- AI/Automation in RevOps: Demonstrated experience in applying AI or automation to optimize revenue operations, such as automating workflows, lead scoring, or predictive analytics.
- Data Visualization and Analytics Skills: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for building dashboards and visualizations that make complex data accessible to stakeholders.
- Project Management Certification: Certification in PMP, Agile, or Lean methodologies to support structured project execution and continuous improvement.
- Revenue Modeling and Forecasting: Strong understanding of revenue modeling, pipeline forecasting, and financial metrics that drive operational decisions in a revenue-focused environment.
- Process Improvement Certifications: Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies, bringing a structured approach to optimizing processes across revenue operations.
- Familiarity with Customer Journey Mapping: Experience mapping the customer journey and identifying critical touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and data-informed customer experience.

The hiring base pay is dependent on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic location. As a hybrid company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
