Role Overview

We are hiring a Finance & Operations Analyst to support our team during a pivotal growth period for our company. This high-impact role combines comprehensive financial analysis and strategic insights to enable data-driven decision making across financial operations, business performance, and client success. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems while bringing a sharp analytical mind, healthcare fluency, and curiosity to accelerate our team's performance and ensure operational efficiency and financial integrity.

This position has a dual reporting structure to our CFO (direct line) and COO (operational accountability) while working closely with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Client Success, and our C-Suite. We're a remote-first team supporting work from anywhere in the U.S., with opportunities for periodic travel for strategic planning and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Zerigo’s CFO and COO to implement a scalable operating model to ensure Zerigo meets/exceeds it growth, clinical and health economic targets
• Build and maintain digital financial & operational KPI dashboards for distribution to Zerigo’s leadership, board, and investor communities
• Conduct scenario planning analysis and maintain comprehensive financial models for revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning with automation and AI-driven forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Solve complex business problems through advanced data analysis and statistical modeling
• Apply AI and other tools to growth activities such as revenue forecasts and member churn to proactively support growth while managing customer acquisition costs and operational efficiency
• Automate reporting and other business critical tasks such as client invoicing, payment reconciliation, and revenue recognition, etc.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards
• Support strategic planning, investor relations and commercial activities
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and improve processes

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• MBA (finance or strategy focus) OR Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance/ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in finance with exceptional experience
• Minimum 5-7 years in FP&A, healthcare consulting, financial analysis
• Previous venture-backed company experience

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis
• Business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense)
• SQL and database management
• AI tools for process automation and data insights
• Statistical analysis and data visualization
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Healthcare industry knowledge including digital health and reimbursement models
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turn-around times
