Role- Associate Director- Customer Success

The Associate Director- Customer Succes is a strategic and enthusiastic individual who puts a campaign's success at the core of everything we do. This is an incredible opportunity to build and manage key post-sales relationships, be a platform and product expert, and be the face of the company when it comes to managing and executing campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for a smart, intelligent and analytical person to manage our Customer Success and Ad Ops Team, end-to-end. This person will

1. Lead a team that will work directly with clients and agencies to perform all aspects of campaign management, including testing, implementation delivery, and optimization of ad campaigns.

2. Will deep dive with the team and analyze and optimize campaign performances, suggest improvements to ad copies, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting to meet campaign expectations.

3. Will build a framework to work on optimization plans on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize both yield, advertiser performance and adjust campaign bids and segmentations to drive performance and ROAS goals.4. Will ensure basic hygiene checks are implemented, conversion pixels and tracking lines set up and will liaise with client and stakeholders to ensure all ads are tagged properly for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. 10-12 years of proven experience in an Ad Ops role with solid experience in managing a team.

2. Experience in planning and executing successful advertising campaigns.

3. Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and analytics. Familiar with tools and trackers like ad servers such as DCM, MOAT, DAR, Appsflyer, Sizmek etc.4. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations

Interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Zepto.
