Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager - Shopping Experience, you will own and shape the end-to-end shopping journey on our platform. From discovery to checkout, your mission will be to make shopping at Zepto intuitive, delightful, and friction-free. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft a seamless experience that resonates with our customers and drives measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the shopping journey: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enhancing the shopping experience on Zepto’s platform.
- Optimize discovery: Develop features to improve product search, categorization, recommendations, and personalized user journeys.
- Streamline the checkout process: Minimize friction in cart management and payments, ensuring speed and convenience.
- Drive engagement and retention: Create engaging experiences that encourage repeat usage and foster customer loyalty.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Data-driven decision-making: Leverage analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to measure performance and iterate on features.
- Stay ahead of trends: Research market and user trends to anticipate customer needs and position Zepto as an industry leader in shopping experience innovation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in eCommerce, quick-commerce, or a consumer-focused product role.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to work with design teams to create delightful interfaces.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
