About the role

We are currently looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Manager to take responsibility for hiring across various business functions. You will provide an exceptional experience by delivering world-class service to both candidates and stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role that will allow you to play a pivotal role within the broader People team strategy and be part of key projects for 2024 and beyond.

What you'll be working on

  • You will partner closely with the business leaders to evaluate hiring requirements, lead the search and recommend a quality and inclusive shortlist of candidates.
  • You will own the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, and closing of key talent
  • You will deliver a world-class, end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • You will continuously look for ways to enhance the candidate recruitment journey.
  • You will monitor, maintain and proactively report key recruitment metrics
  • You will engage with the 2024 People team strategy

What you'll need to be successful:

  • You are well-rounded: You'll have experience recruiting across the full range of business units and being able to adapt to different hiring needs and stakeholders.
  • You work at pace: You will have previous experience recruiting in start-up / scale-up companies within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • You know what GREAT looks like: You will have a positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ - attitude to take the recruitment lead and have the space to make suggestions to elevate our recruitment function.
  • You can influence stakeholders: You will be partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • You know how to measure success: You are numerate, analytical and metric-focused
  • You are one step ahead: You will have demonstrable skills in proactively building talent pipelines outside of organic applications

How we work

We believe that teams work better when they have time to collaborate and space to get things done. We call it Zego Hybrid.

Our hybrid way of working is unique. We don't mandate fixed office days. Instead, we foster a flexible approach that empowers every Zegon to perform at their best. We ask you to spend at least one day a week in our central London office. You have the flexibility to choose the day that works best for you and your team. We cover the costs for all company-wide events (3 per year), and also provide a separate hybrid contribution to help pay towards other travel costs. We think it’s a good mix of collaborative face time and flexible home-working, setting us up to achieve the right balance between work and life.
