Location: New York /London (Hybrid)
Mission:
Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified prospects into active customers. This role is crucial to accelerating our revenue and expanding our footprint within the in-house legal tech space.
Outcomes (What success looks like):
- Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your first 3 months
- Deliver a minimum number of qualified demos per week
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and pipeline goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal ops, GCs, and decision-makers
- Accurately maintain CRM records and forecast deal progress

Experience & Qualifications (Ideal candidate profile):
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within legal tech, SaaS, or a related field
- A strong understanding of the legal industry, legal workflows, and in-house counsel challenges
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to legal professionals
- Experience building and managing relationships with General Counsel and legal teams is a significant plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closing
