- Help define and build the next generation of legal playbooks, templates, and automation

- Prototype, test, and refine legal logic behind key product flows

Experience & Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, legal practice, or legal tech

- Deep understanding of how in-house legal teams work, particularly around contracts, compliance, and workflows

- Prior experience in legal operations is highly valued—this background helps you think in systems, processes, and stakeholder needs

- Passion for legal innovation and how AI can reshape the future of work

- Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas simply

- Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, legal design, or structured content models

What We Offer:

- High-impact role with ownership across product and customer experience

- Opportunity to shape a fast-growing category at the intersection of law + AI

- Collaborative, values-driven team with deep respect for domain expertise

- Flexible hybrid work, competitive compensation, and meaningful equity

Who You Are:

You might be a former lawyer, legal ops lead, or legal technologist who’s excited about building rather than billing. You’re curious, structured, and energized by turning ambiguity into scalable systems. You get joy from both the law and the tooling that supports it—and you want to leave your mark on what legal work looks like in the AI era.
