About The Opportunity
We are looking for someone to join our Logistics team as a Logistics Manager. You are a lover of data who identifies data relationships and dependencies; synthesizes complex information to draw conclusions to make strategic decisions but at the same time is an executor who is passionately committed to excellence and strives to pursue the team’s goals. To succeed in this role, you must be innately curious, deeply analytical, highly driven and operate with acute attention to detail.
The primary goal of the Logistics team is to manage the Grubhub delivery network and coordinate deliveries between diners, drivers, and restaurants while optimizing cost, speed, and quality.
The Impact You Will Make
Drive growth within your line of business; you will develop a strategy, collaborate, and effectively execute
Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace, problem solving complex issues in a data-driven manner and implementing solutions cross-functionally
Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders; you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmap
Partner closely with Senior Leadership to identify opportunities and deliver on service, profitability, and growth expectations for the business
Innovate and ask questions; as a member of the logistics organization you will have the opportunity to challenge the status-quo and push the business to new levels
What You Bring to the Table
3 years of relevant work experience in operations/strategy/business development/P&L responsibilities of growing a business
Critical thinker with strong analytical skills; you ask questions and seek answers, and solve problems creatively
Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience
Proven track record of working collaboratively and cross-functionally. You understand that a collective effort creates a better experience internally and for our customers
Passion to learn and solve problems by thinking outside of the box; you love to learn and when something isn’t clear you figure it out
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment; you put out ambitious goals and if you fail, you fail fast, learn, and keep pushing forward
Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred
Advanced in Excel

Illinois: $115,00 per year
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
