About The Opportunity
As a member of the Implementation team, you will drive the growth of the organization by ensuring that new customers are successfully onboarded efficiently, which is a complex process with many moving parts, people, and vendors. This role will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to deploy campuses or new shops. From setting up/configuring hardware to building out what our shops/menus will look like. Becoming a knowledge expert will allow you to achieve success.
The Impact You Will Make
Develop deep expertise in Campus Dining on GH's systems and equipment
Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Campus Dining on GH partners
Facilitate execution of all onboardings and train customers on the product
Collaborate with stakeholders to configure our hardware and work through shop set up/routing
Make recommendations based on feature requests and bugs reported by users or partners
Be a key partner and making sure all campuses/shops are set properly

Works through setting up our partners with needed hardware

Tickets & escalations to help with bringing our operation live in different shops or campuses
Pre-live
Up to 2 weeks post-live
Helps design and implement menus by building out our shops we help to deploy
Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders
Installs updates and configure features for workflow
Prepares reference material for users by drafting operation guides
Create menus
Cross-Team collaboration to ensure teams are hitting due dates
Advise Campus dining merchants on menu offerings, visibility, and areas that need optimization. This requires you to be analytical but also pragmatic when it comes to finding incremental solutions that can show immediate value
Dive in and contribute to other business areas as needed/appropriate
What You Bring to the Table
Education Requirement: Highschool GED
Excellent written language skills, including spelling, grammar, syntax, and other mechanics
Analysis skills
Application Support
Attention to detail
Operations system knowledge
The ability to work and learn independently, as well as collaborate with larger teams
An uncanny knack for spotting tiny errors
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Great communication skills, both written and verbal ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Comfort with technical systems, both familiar and unfamiliar

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

Colorado: $22.10 per hour.
