About the Opportunity

We are seeking an EHS Data, Systems & Compliance Manager to lead our safety analytics and project management efforts. This role is the "single source of truth" for our safety performance, responsible for maintaining a complex ecosystem of platforms including Origami, Sedgwick, and Workday. You will not only report on injury trends but also ensure our OSHA recordkeeping is bulletproof and that incident investigations aren't just started but finished with meaningful corrective actions.

The Impact You Will Make

1. Analytics, Trends & OSHA Compliance

  • Weekly Field Pulse: Provide field leadership with weekly reporting on injury rates, focusing on frequency and severity across production and restaurant sites.

  • Monthly Strategic Deep-Dives: Deliver monthly trend analysis reports that correlate safety data with operational metrics (e.g., labor hours from Workday, facilities spend from Service Channel).

  • Regulatory Recordkeeping: Lead the maintenance of OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs. Ensure all recordable incidents are captured accurately in Origami and that year-end electronic submissions to the OSHA ITA are completed ahead of federal deadlines.

  • Geospatial Insights: Leverage ArcGIS to visualize incident clusters and regional risk factors.

2. Incident Accountability & Investigations

  • Investigation Tracking: Monitor the lifecycle of all incident investigations. Report weekly on "Time to Completion" and identify any investigations that are stalled or incomplete.

  • Corrective Action Management: Track "Actions Due" from investigations and audits. Partner with Safety leadership to ensure completion of work orders and process improvements, escalating overdue items as needed.

3. Systems Architecture & Ecosystem Liaison

  • Integration Lead: Ensure data flows seamlessly across our "Safety Tech Stack":

  • Origami (EHSM): Your primary tool for incident management and OSHA logs.

  • Sedgwick & Nurse Triage: Monitor the hand-off from initial triage to Workers' Comp claim status.

  • Workday (HRIS): Pull accurate headcount and exposure hours to calculate TRIR and DART rates.

  • Concentra/CityMD: Coordinate with clinic data for medical status updates and return-to-work tracking.

  • Service Channel: Link equipment failures or facility hazards to safety incidents.

4. Project Management & Roadmap

  • EHS Roadmap PM: Drive the execution of the annual EHS roadmap, ensuring key projects (e.g., new training rollouts or system upgrades) stay on schedule.

  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize team calls and manage agendas for project deliverables.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 5+ years in EHS or Risk Management with a heavy emphasis on data and systems.

  • OSHA Expert: Deep understanding of 29 CFR 1904 recordkeeping requirements.

  • Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Origami Risk and experience with Workday. Familiarity with ArcGIS is a significant plus.

  • PM Skills: High degree of organizational skill; experience using PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet) to manage complex roadmaps.

Why This Role?

You are the air traffic controller for our safety data. You ensure that when an incident happens, the system works, the record is accurate, and most importantly, the organization learns and acts to prevent the next one.

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.
