About the Opportunity
As a Restaurant Recruiting Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. Your focus will be on providing exceptional support to candidates and hiring teams, while maintaining a great experience for all stakeholders.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility to accommodate changes in the future based on business needs
The Impact You Will Make
Respond promptly to candidate inquiries via Zendesk, email, phone, text, and Paradox messaging, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with others on the recruitment team and hiring managers to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in recruitment processes and systems
Respond promptly to internal stake holder and manager inquiries via Zendesk, email, phone, text, and Slack, providing clear and concise information
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and resolutions related to recruitment support activities
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or recruitment support roles
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and troubleshooting issues
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to travel to support onsite hiring events as needed
New Jersey: $21.65 - $24.50 per hour.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
