About The Opportunity

We are seeking a curious, data-driven, and change-oriented Supply Finance Sr Analyst to support and elevate our supply chain financial processes. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, adapts quickly to new challenges, and brings strong financial acumen, particularly in standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in the CPG or restaurant industry is highly preferred.

This role is critical in transforming data into actionable insights, improving financial reporting, visibility and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business units, production, distribution and logistics.

The Impact You Will Make

Standard Costing & Cost Analysis

Maintain and analyze standard costs, including materials, labor, overheads, freight, and conversion cost components in a fast-moving environment with costs changing every month.

Partner with supply chain and operations teams to understand variances and drivers.

Support cost roll processes and master data accuracy.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Build, maintain, and improve budget models and rolling forecasts for supply chain operations.

Identify risks and opportunities within financial plans

Support annual planning cycles with data-driven insights and partnering with operations team

Reporting & Analytics

Develop, improve, and automate financial reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. Experience with looker is preferred.

Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights that inform operations and supply chain strategy.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting.

Business Partnership & Change Leadership

Serve as a change agent, driving process improvements and promoting financial discipline across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across operations, procurement, logistics, and finance.

Support new initiatives, system enhancements, and tools that improve visibility and decision-making.

Site Engagement

Regularly visit and engage with multiple sites across the New Jersey area, gaining first-hand understanding of operations, cost drivers, and process opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Strong understanding of standard costing, cost components, and variance analysis.

2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, restaurant or CPG industry operations.

Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and data‑interpretation skills.

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Able to travel to multiple sites within New Jersey and potentially other states on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Open-minded, fast learner, and highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.

New Jersey/New York: $128,000 - $143,000 per year

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
