About The Opportunity
Grubhub+ is a national subscription based loyalty program with millions of members across Grubhub and Seamless brands. This is a multi-faceted role responsible for developing cohesive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, from generating market and consumer insights and building business cases, to managing end-to-end execution campaigns/features. Reporting to the Director, Loyalty, you will work closely with cross-functional partners (product, analytics, CRM, creative, channel owners), and drive alignment with stakeholders and senior leadership. As an experienced loyalty marketer, you enjoy obsessing over customer behavior and are excited to deliver results. Grubhub is a high-tempo, hybrid workplace with team members based in both Chicago or New York.
The Impact You Will Make
Lead vision, development, and execution of cohesive data-driven strategies to enhance the value and benefits of the membership program.
Collaborate cross-functionally, serving as the connective tissue across Product, Marketing (CRM, Paid, Organic, Earned, Brand, Creative, Partner marketing), Analytics, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Care teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric initiatives.
Develop deep subject matter expertise of the Grubhub+ loyalty program and associated functions, including product features and considerations, compliance, marketing implementation, and KPIs associated with program acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Lead integrated GTM planning & execution, develop go-to-market strategies and full-funnel campaigns—from initial concept through planning, budgeting, and execution—that drive high-impact growth leveraging owned, paid, earned, and in-product channels.
Generate market, competitive, and consumer insights. Monitor loyalty landscape, cultural trends, and competitive strategies to anticipate market shifts.
Serve as the voice of the consumer. Deeply understand customer motivations, barriers, and lifecycle behavior; surfacing insights that shape both marketing and product roadmaps and decision-making.
Identify opportunities and gaps through monitoring KPIs & data for trends and opportunities, interpreting data into actionable insights, impact sizing and forecasting, partnering with analytics to generate in depth analysis, and conducting user research.
Develop data-based business cases, leveraging insights and data to craft compelling, fiscally responsible pitches, translating business needs into actionable strategies, features, or campaigns. Demonstrate knowledge of experiment design, performance and impact analysis, and ability to deliver against goals and budgets.
Test, optimize, and distill data into actionable insights and rapidly iterating to learn optimal growth drivers for the membership program. Continually optimization efforts to improve future performance.
Use data and compelling storytelling to influence stakeholders and champion ideas across the business.
What You Bring to the Table
6+ years of experience in product marketing or loyalty marketing, ideally owning a consumer subscription or membership program/product, or marketing experience in integrated campaign management, Growth, CRM, or Brand, owning and executing on end-to-end marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Ability to understand and use data and insights to drive decision making an recommendations. Bonus skillset: SQL and ability to analyze data.
Cross functional management with experience working with product teams to influence feature roadmaps and launches to drive growth.
Strong written and oral communication skills, effectively influence functional peers and executive leadership.
Copywriting and strategic messaging; Skills in briefing creative teams and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Self starter and critical thinker with excitement for innovative ideas.
Strong organization and self-management capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast paced environment.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York City: $128,000–$135,500 per year.
Chicago: $115,000–$122,000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
