About The Opportunity
Wonder is looking for a Sourcing Analyst to support product sourcing strategies that enable the growth and profitability of our business. In this role, you will use analytical, technical, program management, strategic and sensory skills to assess, plan, and execute on Wonder’s ingredient and physical product strategy. As an ideal candidate, you have the ability and willingness to work tactically to address urgent and strategic on-the-ground issues.
This role can be based in NYC or Parsippany, NJ but will require some travel between the two locations.
The Impact You Will Make
Manage RFP and sourcing projects, from identification of suppliers through to document creation, distribution, assessment, and decision recommendations
Assess and build visibility into the profitability of items and inputs to the Wonder menu, advising your category lead on the path forward that maximizes customer experience and company profitability
Develop product supply chain resiliency strategies for your category, identifying alternative sources of supply and getting them approved by the culinary team through product testing and assessments
Manage data and process aspects of setting up new items and suppliers
Initiate new ideas and processes for improving sourcing operations, physical product profitability, and how the sourcing team supports Wonder’s growth ambitions
What You Bring to the Table
2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Management Consulting, or any data-heavy role.
Experience with Excel (SQL dbt, Snowflake, and BigQuery a plus but not required).
Experience within strategic operational functions of logistics, fulfillment, or procurement.
Curiosity and interest in food, food systems, and restaurants

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
