stakeholders to create impactful, integrated programs, and own the day-to-day execution of
campaigns that align with Grubhub’s broader brand and growth objectives. You’ll think
holistically about how each channel can best connect with the end consumer, using insights,
creativity, and collaboration to deliver measurable results.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across strategic channels, including Campus and Corporate lines of business, ensuring they align with business objectives and consumer needs. Consult on campaign strategy and own promo recommendations and co-marketing campaigns development.
- Collaborate across business units—including CRM, Brand, Creative, Loyalty, Media, Analytics, Finance, Campus, Corporate, and Product Marketing—to build integrated, high-impact initiatives. Respond swiftly and build trust with internal and external stakeholders through day-to-day communications and strategic planning processes.
- Identify opportunities by conducting market research and channel performance analysis, making data-driven recommendations to optimize consumer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies/identify potential opportunities.
- Innovate within channels by developing new campaign concepts, promotional strategies, and messaging approaches that resonate with target audiences.
- Present and champion ideas internally, using compelling storytelling and data to influence stakeholders.
- Prioritize effectively, managing multiple campaign timelines and balancing strategic priorities with executional demands.
- Analyze performance in partnership with Analytics, distilling insights to improve future campaigns and maximize channel impact.
- Test and learn, designing pilots and experiments to uncover new ways to reach and convert consumers within each channel.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, brand management, account/relationship management, advertising or business development
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications or related fields desired
- Excellent communication, organization, storytelling, and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and efficiency-minded
- Creative thinker with excitement for innovative thinking
- Cross-functional project management skills and experience working with product teams
- Proven success to independently execute end-to-end marketing campaigns including managing project timelines and implementations
- Strong presentation and deck development skills
- Bonus skillset: SQL
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

New York: $96,000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
