About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance & Pricing who will sit at the intersection of Strategy and Finance. You will own the pricing playbook for existing & new products—ensuring that every launch is evaluated rigorously, every price point is justified, and our portfolio is continuously improving. You will partner closely with Finance, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Marketing to turn insights into strategic action.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pricing for our product portfolio: setting new product prices, optimizing existing product pricing, and evaluating margin drivers.
- Build financial models (e.g., contribution margin, unit economics, elasticity analyses, scenario planning) to inform recommendations and decisions.
- Analyze revenue, margin, volume, mix, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities or risks.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive pricing, cost trends, and customer segmentation to ensure our pricing remains market-relevant and margin-efficient.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and metrics tracking (revenue, contribution margin, pricing recommendations implemented, lift from pricing changes, product-portfolio profitability).
- Present findings and influence senior leadership decisions regarding product launches, price pauses, or price re-sets.
- Help drive a culture of data-informed pricing decisions and continuous iteration across Product and Go-to-Market teams.
The experience you have
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, pricing, strategic finance, or a related role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills—fluency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Experience interpreting and acting on data: you translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and action plans.
- Comfort with ambiguity: you’ll navigate complexity and build clarity around open-ended business questions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration: you’ll influence peers and senior stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and business agility: you proactively seek opportunities and adapt to change.
- Bonus: Experience in consumer products or e-commerce
Base Salary: $128,000 - $135,500 per year.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
