Lease Administrator

About the role:
As the Lease Administrator, you are a primary point of contact in regards to lease administration and contract management. The candidate will support multiple teams to ensure critical milestones and requirements are maintained. Additionally, you will help build processes and procedures for the future growth of the company. The role is critical to our day to day operations and will be an important member of our team.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure critical dates for leases and legal contracts are met
- Manage 3rd party lease database and ensure all leases follow lease abstraction process
- Organize processes surrounding lease signing, lease commencement, and site handover
- Responsible for overseeing entire lifecycle for a portfolio of commercial leases
- Support rent payments and cam reconciliation for leased properties
- Manage COI’s, Estoppels, SNDAs, utility transfers and other lease requirements
- Create weekly and monthly internal reports
- Assist in creating standard SOPs for department as well as handbook for best practices.
Experience:
- 4 years of corporate or commercial real estate asset management experience
- Experience reviewing leases and legal documents
- Strong computer skills—comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word primarily), systems, and document management
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Able to work under pressure, time management
- Ability to quickly delegate troubleshooting and resolve effectively and efficiently.

- You have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Base Salary Range: $88,000 – $107,000
