About the role

Wonder is seeking an Analytics Manager to join our fast-paced Growth team, which sits within the broader HDR business unit. The team owns acquisition, retention, brand marketing, creative, and strategic growth initiatives across multiple channels. As an embedded member of this team, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, brand, and strategy to fuel decision-making with rigorous data and insights.

This team values curiosity, collaboration, and diverse perspectives—coming together to turn insights into impact at every stage of the customer journey.

You will:

  • Build and maintain robust data models, ETL processes, and pipelines using dbt to power growth insights and decision-making.

  • Own and develop Looker dashboards and explore that support self-serve analytics across performance marketing, brand, and strategy teams.

  • Lead analyses on topics like cohort performance, attribution, CAC, LTV, NPS, and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Report on topline business performance, HDR-specific metrics, and key growth drivers to leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Collaborate with forecasting teams to align upcoming initiatives with marketing tactics and performance expectations.

  • Provide analytics support to functions across the business that don’t yet have dedicated analytics resources.

The experience you have

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with a focus in marketing or customer

  • Expertise in SQL for querying, modeling, and manipulating large datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with dbt for transforming and maintaining analytical datasets.

  • Proficiency in BI tools, ideally Looker/LookML, including dashboard development and visualization best practices.

  • A strong understanding of marketing analytics, including attribution methodologies and customer KPIs.

  • Ability to communicate findings to business questions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with tools like Branch, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment.

Base Salary: $134,000
