  • Streamline and improve our claims process (e.g., Worker’s compensation) across the organization

  • Lead the execution and strategic direction of our annual insurance renewals, including internal data gathering and strategy discussion with stakeholders, brokers and advisors

  • Review insurance clauses in leases and contracts, define acceptable standards, and maintain rapid pace—especially with lease negotiations

  • Manage and optimize the COI process and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner

  • Manage new insurance exposures as they arise, including emerging areas

  • Manage the day to day administrative requirements of running an end to end risk management program

  • Seek process optimization opportunities where they exist to drive cost savings and efficiencies

The experience you have

  • 6+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or corporate risk advisory, ideally within a multi-entity or fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience managing corporate insurance programs across property, casualty, general liability, and emerging risks

  • Strong familiarity with reviewing and negotiating insurance clauses in contracts and leases

  • Hands-on experience leading annual insurance renewals and internal data coordination

  • Demonstrated ability to improve or redesign internal processes (e.g., Worker’s Compensation administration)

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams

  • Experience supporting new business exposures (e.g., alcohol, drone operations) is a plus

  • Bachelors degree required in a related field
