  • Ensure data integrity through routine audits, anomaly detection, and partnering with HR Ops and Tech to improve source data quality.

Who you are

  • A data storyteller who thrives in ambiguity and loves translating numbers into business actions.

  • Highly analytical with expertise in applied statistics, predictive modeling, and time-series analysis.

  • Deeply curious about human behavior in the workplace and passionate about using data to improve employee experiences.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a labor-heavy workforce.

The experience you have

  • Strong understanding of workforce data, including turnover, scheduling, compensation, and performance.

  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms, including survey design and analysis.

  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills—able to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred experience

  • Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.

  • Experience working in hospitality, food service, or another hourly labor-intensive industry.
