About the role

The priority of the Wonder Buyer role is to support the Wonder chefs in the
production kitchens. This person will ensure that all raw materials arrive to
the Wonder production facilities in time and in specification. To achieve this,
the person will work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure deadlines
are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the ordering and ensure timely delivery of goods for assigned production sites.

• Maintain relationships with vendors by resolving problems with invoicing, product, or delivery to ensure quality service and longevity of relationships.

• Provide vendors forecasts & rapid growth plans to ensure supply chain.

• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure the launch or change of projects and/or recipes.

The experience you have

• Experience in a foodservice and/or food manufacturing environment for 3+ years.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Base Salary: $88,000 - $122,000
