Warby Parker is on the lookout for a creative Associate Brand Manager, Retail to help drive and define our brand. In this role, you’ll use your strategic understanding and creative vision to enhance brand awareness and drive new customer growth for our retail and eye exams business. You’ll be responsible for supporting the strategic development, planning, and execution of high-priority marketing initiatives that drive traffic and awareness of our stores. With each project, you’ll play a key role in Warby Parker’s success in transforming the eyewear industry while also demonstrating that companies can scale while doing good in the world.

What you'll do:

  • Work cross-functionally to drive the strategic development, planning, and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness of our retail stores and eye exams
  • Support projects that create demand for our products, enhance brand awareness, and drive consumer advocacy—all while upholding a smooth, integrated process
  • Develop marketing strategies that support the growth of designated retail districts and the launch of new store projects
  • Expand and highlight the brand’s position as a holistic vision care provider by increasing awareness of eye exams and optimizing the patient journey
  • Partner with the Retail team on developing tools and resources that support key internal initiatives to drive scale
  • Collaborate with the Growth team on all local-level media and paid advertising creative, including DRTV, direct mail, and OOH efforts
  • Maintain retail marketing assets and store needs—streamlining asks on all in-store signage, printed collateral, and store photography in partnership with the Brand Design and Visual teams
  • Act as a "keeper of the brand" and constantly work to clarify, articulate, and execute creative marketing programs that embody Warby Parker’s unique qualities
  • Optimize processes to ensure on-strategy programs are executed on time and on budget
  • Juggle multiple critical, time-sensitive, and high-visibility projects within the Brand team
