Warby Parker is on the lookout for a Senior Oracle Financial Analyst to join our Technology team and help us improve, maintain, and support our financial systems. In this role, you’ll work with our Accounting and Financial Planning teams to deliver on financial components as well as collaborate with technical engineers to build out integrations, and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Tailor Oracle applications to meet our specific business needs through meticulous configuration (Think: mapping business processes to system functionalities and optimizing configurations for maximum efficiency)
  • Actively optimize and enhance Oracle Finance applications to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices—this includes staying up-to-date with Oracle’s latest features, patches, and updates to help drive operational excellence
  • Own the documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes, along with providing comprehensive training and support to end users
  • Guide end-to-end implementations of Oracle Financial modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability with the goal of ensuring smooth operations, even under peak loads

Who you are:

  • Backed by 3+ years of experience leading, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS
  • Versed in key business processes like Record to Report, Consolidation and Close, and Financial Statements, with familiarity in best practices as well as controls and compliance
  • Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex issues encountered during implementations or post-implementation support, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions swiftly
  • An effective communicator and collaborator, ensuring alignment of objectives and deliverables with all stakeholders, including business users, the Technology team, and external vendors
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

  • Experienced in ERP implementation spanning finance and supply chain, preferably with cloud-based systems as offered by companies like Oracle
  • Certified in Oracle Cloud Implementation
  • Enough familiarity with the technical and architectural aspects of EPM to communicate effectively with engineers

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
