Warby Parker is searching for an experienced team leader for our in-house optical manufacturing facility in Las Vegas, NV. As a Team Lead, you’ll be both a doer and a leader—managing day-to-day operations within a department and overseeing a team of associates, all while jumping in to help out with the work yourself! You will be tasked with leading a world-class team of Production Associates in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. If you take your work seriously (but not yourself!), you may be just the person we’re looking for—so keep reading!

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure all daily goals and metrics are met
  • Provide actionable and timely feedback on an ongoing basis

  • Evaluate the associates process and provide feedback to the management team
  • Lead by example

Who you are:

  • Equipped with 2+ years of work experience (and specifically at least 12 months of production experience)
  • A team player who’s willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done (and done right!)
  • A person who’s energized by teamwork, with a highly positive outlook
  • Armed with a super-strong work ethic
  • An effective communicator (in person, over email, via carrier pigeon—all of it)
  • Super detailed-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8–10 hours and be able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

About Us:

Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.

We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.

Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)

Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.
