Base Pay Range:

Job Summary
The Office Coordinator is an Automotive Reconditioning Technician that inspects, diagnoses and coordinates the reconditioning of vehicles. They are also responsible for communicating with our dealership partners, processing invoices as well as performing various Accounts Payable activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external dealers.
- Work closely with Dealers to coordinate warranty work, manage and coordinate dealer invoices, and close out repair orders.
- Submitting ARB / KICK review, follow up on the result, moved the unit to the arbitration zone.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience in an office coordinator role
- Proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- High School Diploma or GED required.
