Base Pay Range:

Are you a problem solver with a passion for automobiles and customer satisfaction? We're on the lookout for a Customer Experience Rockstar who can seamlessly coordinate vehicle deliveries while providing exceptional in-person customer support. If you're ready to be a part of a delivery coordination team and love engaging with customers face-to-face, this role is tailor-made for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • You'll be the first smiling face our customers see. Welcome them warmly and set up their profiles while coordinating with our sales agents for a seamless experience.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, demonstrating your top-notch communication skills and product knowledge.

  • Use your sharp instincts to de-escalate situations and turn concerns into solutions. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will be your superpower.

  • Collaborate with our Reconditioning team to swiftly address any customer issues. Your coordination will ensure our customers drive away happy.

  • Assist in managing our key system, ensuring organization and timely delivery.

  • Get behind the wheel of customer assistance during delivery, conducting safety inspections, and sharing your passion for vehicle features before they hit the road.

What You Should Bring:

  • Face-to-face customer interaction is your playground.

  • Problems tremble before your adept skills, especially when it comes to handling customer escalations.

  • You're computer-savvy and can communicate like a pro, both in writing and over the phone.

  • Reliable transportation is your middle name.

  • Flexibility is your forte, stepping in when needed to keep things rolling.

  • Your heart races for the auto industry; though not a must, it's a definite plus.

  • Understanding auto mechanics or features is a bonus that could rev up your role.

Even Better, but not Required:

  • Experience in customer service, especially within the automotive sector.

  • Bilingual (English +)
