What you'll be doing

• Create action plans to tackle the acquisition of B2B leads that will nurture the B2B pipeline.
• Define and create a strategy to influence relevant stakeholders on the companies targeted.
• Build and set up campaigns from scratch from the campaign ideation stage to the performance measurement for both.
• Plan and manage content grid for our own channels (Linkedin and TikTok).

Must-have skills 💪

• 2+ years of experience in growth or marketing teams building and tracking campaigns for B2B-focused companies.
• Proficient in processing and analyzing large data sets to develop action plans and evidence of pain points on acquisition and retention.
• Strong interpersonal skills in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative when coming up with developing key messages for social media channels to attract paying customers.
• Knowledge of product-led user acquisition metrics like CAC and LTV.

Nice to haves 🍒

• 1 year of experience in leading content strategies
• 6 months of experience creating influencer campaigns.
