Vial is a hyper-scalable biotech company advancing programs into the clinic by leveraging dramatically cheaper trials and computationally designed therapeutics.

Our mission is to reimagine drug development in order to cure all human diseases. We have assembled a talented team of clinical operators, chemists, and innovative thinkers to achieve this vision.

Vial is fully remote and was founded by Simon Burns in October 2020. Since our founding, we have grown rapidly to a team of 50+ employees with over $100 million in funding from leading investors including General Catalyst, Box Group, and Byers Capital.

Vial is rebuilding the infrastructure to advance research. By deploying technology at every step, we are creating a more efficient future for drug discovery.

What You'll Do

Work alongside the Antibody Discovery team to accelerate research by supporting data organization, analysis, and documentation of experiments. Gain hands-on experience in early discovery workflows while contributing to the efficiency of our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize experimental data sets and records

• Assist with documentation of antibody discovery processes and results

• Support researchers with preparation of presentations, figures, and summaries

• Perform basic analyses under supervision to support project decisions

• Help ensure data quality, accuracy, and traceability across projects

What You Will Bring

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-moving research needs

• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support scientists with varying needs

Preferred Skills

• Background in biology, biochemistry, or a related life science field

• Familiarity with lab data formats (ELN, flow data, sequencing results, etc.)

• Experience with Excel, Notion, or similar data management tools

• Basic understanding of antibody biology or protein science a plus
