At Cloudera, we empower people to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. With as much data under management as the hyperscalers, we're the preferred data partner for the top companies in almost every industry. Powered by the relentless innovation of the open source community, Cloudera advances digital transformation for the world’s largest enterprises.
As the Field Marketing Program Manager, you are the operational backbone of the EMEA Field Marketing team. This role partners closely with the EMEA sales teams and Regional Field Marketing Managers to deliver high-impact field programs, including events, campaigns, and account-based initiatives that support pipeline creation and progression. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in field marketing
As an EMEA Field Marketing Program Manager, you will...
Drive Operational Excellence & Financial Stewardship: You will take ownership of the procurement engine to support the region. This includes managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs) in Coupa, setting up vendors, processing invoices, and ensuring strict compliance. You handle the administrative framework so Regional Managers can focus on strategy.
Support Regional Execution & Logistics: Act as a dedicated operational partner to the Regional Field Marketing Managers. You will oversee critical execution details for physical and digital events—such as venue coordination, shipping signage/booths, and managing attendee lists—ensuring flawless onsite execution.
Ensure Data Hygiene & Reporting: Manage the "Lead-to-Opportunity" lifecycle by capturing, cleansing, and uploading leads to Salesforce. You will also track program metrics using Tableau and Salesforce, providing the data and insights the team needs to analyze campaign success.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the connector between teams. You will coordinate with BDRs to ensure effective event follow-up, manage the team’s Master Calendar to align with the Go-To-Market plan, and handle internal newsletters to keep the broader organization informed.
We are excited about you if you have:
Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or event operations role.
The Toolkit: You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) Coupa (for finance), Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau, and Smartsheet.
Operational Mindset: You are a master of organization and multitasking. You enjoy process management and have a sharp eye for detail in contracts and budgets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Additional European languages are a plus.
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You are a proactive, motivated team player who is always ready to jump in and solve problems for the team.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10-20% to support onsite execution.
Education: Bachelor's degree (marketing preferred) or equivalent.
