The International Sales Operations team acts as a key business partner to the Field & Channel Sales organizations. Using leading-edge technologies, we are involved in all aspects of month-end and quarter-end close, deal analysis, business forecasting and reporting, order processing, professional service operations, channel operations, and global compensation.
Our mission is to provide operational excellence through business partnership, delivering data analytics which provides business insights, while adopting and creating best practices to improve scalability and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for key areas of the sales operations business, in support of our quarterly cycle. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is comfortable in a customer-centric environment. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities, demonstrate strong attention to detail, all the while, feeling comfortable to offer suggestions that creatively solve challenges. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills, to effectively communicate across internal functions and take accountability to deliver upon set objectives. As a Sales Operations Intern you will...
● Support our Sales Ops & Channel Ops organizations to deliver timely and accurate business
forecasting & dashboards, to the field & channel leadership teams
● Engage with our PS Operations organization, to effectively record and deliver performance
metrics for the professional services team, and ensure timely delivery of billing, across our
customer base.
● Provide active support of the month-end and quarter-end cycles, through the transaction of
Royalty Reports and Order Processing
● Act as a Partner Liaison, to support resolution of Level 1 Queries, that are submitted to our
inbound Partner-Desk
● Partner with Sales Ops Project Leads, on exciting new system initiatives. Perform system
testing that contributes to project success.
● Perform key checks on forecasts, to ensure our defined processes are being adhered to. Take corrective action to ensure consistency in delivery.

● A degree in Information Systems or Business Disciplines in progress as a Third Level Student
● A proven track record of academic excellence with a high achiever attitude
● Strong computer literacy, with advanced excel & programming capability a distinct advantage
● Proven experience working in team-based environments
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines
● Very strong written and verbal communication skills
