As a Technical Recruiter you are vital to the overall success of the organization. The RIGHT person will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process. In this you’ll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the “A” Players.
This role can be 100% remote.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor you will...
Manage the entire recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholders
Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs
Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines
Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management
Directly source world class technical candidates for a variety of roles including Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, UI Engineers, DevOps Engineers etc.,
Review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward efficiently
Manage the day-to-day focus of any Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts
Maintain data integrity within Workday (our ATS)
Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday
Collaborating with the regional and global TA team members and HR Business Partners
We are excited about you if you have....
At least 5+ years of recruiting experience
Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
Ability to work across multiple disciplines and geography
Ability to grasp new technologies
Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines
It would be great if you also have....
Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, sales acumen, technology acumen, negotiation and innovation
BS/BA Degree is desirable
