As a Technical Recruiter you are vital to the overall success of the organization. The RIGHT person will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process. In this you’ll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the “A” Players.

This role can be 100% remote.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor you will...

  • Manage the entire recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholders

  • Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs

  • Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines

  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management

  • Directly source world class technical candidates for a variety of roles including Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, UI Engineers, DevOps Engineers etc.,

  • Review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward efficiently

  • Manage the day-to-day focus of any Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts

  • Maintain data integrity within Workday (our ATS)

  • Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday

  • Collaborating with the regional and global TA team members and HR Business Partners

We are excited about you if you have....

  • At least 5+ years of recruiting experience

  • Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines and geography

  • Ability to grasp new technologies

  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines

It would be great if you also have....

  • Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, sales acumen, technology acumen, negotiation and innovation

  • BS/BA Degree is desirable
