About Veho

Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.
About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Network Optimization, you will be the strategic architect of Veho's high-growth network. You will lead the "brain" of the organization, ensuring that as our footprint expands, our efficiency and speed improve in lockstep.
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of Operations. You won't just be managing day-to-day actions; you will manage the specialized team of people who own the physical and digital blueprint of our network. You will be responsible for the success of our most critical pillars: Topology, Speed, Capacity, and Network Economics.
What You’ll Do
  • Architect the Future: Manage the team responsible for defining Veho’s physical footprint and connectivity, ensuring we anticipate facility needs months before they hit capacity.
  • Master the Pulse: Oversee the design of our "Ops Clock" and Speed vs. Margin analysis to ensure Veho remains the market leader in delivery timelines.
  • Scale the Engine: Lead our experts in Capacity and Throughput as they optimize hub flows, sort-point configurations, and middle-mile utilization.
  • Mechanize the Logic: Partner closely with Product and Process Engineering to translate network strategy into automated software tools and facility orchestration.
  • Audit the Economics: Serve as the financial conscience of the network by overseeing audits of cost-to-serve and exploring innovative savings like intermodal rail or specialized fleet types.
What Success Looks Like In your first 12 months, you will have:
  • Hired and scaled your team from 4 to 7+ specialized high-performers.
  • Partnered with Data Science to deploy high-fidelity optimization models for facility and lane utilization.
  • Built deep cross-functional relationships with Commercial and Ground Ops to align network design with customer demand.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 10-15+ years in Supply Chain Design or Network Planning within a high-growth logistics or tech-forward environment (e.g., traditional carriers or tech-logistics platforms).
  • Analytical Rigor: A strong understanding of network modeling, business constraints, and the ability to work with scientists to turn business rules into code.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to move away from manual intervention toward a predictable, competitive, and mechanized transportation engine.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing specialized teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
Why This Role This is a defining leadership seat in one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the world. You will have direct exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to architect a network that scales to millions of packages. If you want to build the future of e-commerce logistics—and lead the team that does it—this is the seat.
Veho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it. No matter the location, or the role, every Veho teammate shares one galvanizing mission: driving commerce forward with a customer-centric delivery and returns experience that’s built for the modern era. We are deeply value-driven (Team Up, Drive Impact, Take Ownership, Solve Bigger, Obsess Over Experience, Make Today Count) and care tremendously about investing in our high-performers.
Join us in building the future of ecommerce logistics and in doing the work of our lifetime!
