Reporting to the VP, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations and working closely with the executive team, you will professionalize our IR processes, support long-term strategy, and position Veho as a compelling story in the competitive capital markets. Your success will directly contribute to long-term value creation at Veho.
A great candidate is:
  • A strategic storyteller who can translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored for investors, board members, and prospective capital partners.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial acumen, able to contextualize Veho’s performance through public market benchmarks, private market trends, and investor sentiment.
  • Proactive and ownership-oriented, always one step ahead in anticipating investor questions, preparing materials, and driving readiness for fundraises, board cycles, and strategic planning.
  • A relationship-builder, comfortable engaging sophisticated investors, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and representing Veho with confidence and credibility.
  • Exceptionally organized, operating with “public-company” rigor to establish cadence, templates, processes, and reporting discipline.
  • Curious and externally oriented, keeping a pulse on financing activity, logistics and tech benchmarks, and public-market dynamics that shape how Veho is perceived.
  • Calm under pressure, motivated by tight timelines, changing priorities, and high expectations.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and own Veho’s investor relations calendar, communication cadence, and reporting rhythms.
  • Draft, maintain, and publish quarterly investor updates, annual updates, and other communications.
  • Maintain and continuously refine Veho’s core investor narrative and other external facing materials
  • Drive proactive outreach and relationship-building with existing and prospective investors, strategic partners, and lenders.
  • Serve as a key external-facing representative of Veho in investor conversations.
  • Support development of Veho’s capital structure strategy.
  • Build and maintain investor data rooms, diligence materials, trackers, and Q&A documents.
  • Own quarterly Board of Directors cycles, including coordination, drafting, synthesis of inputs, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Support the CEO in development of Veho’s long-term strategy, bringing external perspectives, to inform internal planning.
  • Track and analyze public-market benchmarks, to support internal planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support, valuation work, and market mapping for potential partnership or M&A opportunities.
What you bring:
Required Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, corporate finance, or venture capital.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Strong storyteller and communicator: able to craft crisp materials and present confidently to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing investor decks, board materials, earnings-style updates, or fundraising materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive workstreams with precision and speed.
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence working with senior executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience; you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, "get-it-done" approach, and a bias towards action.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, marketplace, technology, or with other operationally complex industries.
  • Familiarity with public-company Investor Relations best practices.
