About Veho

Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $100,000 annually
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt level roles.

About the Role:

As a Program Manager for 3PL Expansion, you will be a critical leader in driving Veho’s growth by launching new third-party logistics (3PL) operations in expansion markets. You will own the end-to-end playbook for standing up new sites to full operational readiness. This role is focused on project-based execution, requiring you to manage the entire lifecycle of vendor onboarding, systems integration, and internal site preparedness to ensure our new facilities and partners are set up for success from day one.

A great candidate:

  • Is a master project manager with a proven track record of launching complex, cross-functional initiatives on tight deadlines.
  • Is a process-oriented builder who excels at creating, documenting, and implementing new operational playbooks from the ground up.
  • Is an influential communicator and collaborator, capable of aligning internal teams (Operations, Tech, Customer Service) and external partners around a unified launch plan.
  • Has a strong operational and technical aptitude, with the ability to manage systems integrations, train teams on new software and ensure data flows are accurate.
  • Is a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing a controlled launch and providing "hypercare" support to stabilize new operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • End-to-End Launch Management: Own the entire project plan for standing up new 3PL sites, managing all workstreams to the first day of operations.
  • Vendor Onboarding & Integration: Lead the complete onboarding process for new 3PL partners, including finalizing SLAs, managing systems integration, conducting SOP training, and establishing the performance management cadence.
  • Internal Site Readiness: Prepare internal sortation centers for new partner handoffs by coordinating process training for staff, updating physical layouts, and ensuring all internal documentation and systems are configured for the new site.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central point of contact for expansion projects, leading internal kick-off meetings and ensuring all teams are prepared for the launch.
  • Launch & Stabilization: Execute a controlled, phased launch for new operations, providing intensive "hypercare" support during the initial weeks to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure a smooth transition to the steady-state operations team.
The base pay range for this role is $85,000-$115,000 per year.
Veho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it. No matter the location, or the role, every Veho teammate shares one galvanizing mission: driving commerce forward with a customer-centric delivery and returns experience that’s built for the modern era. We are deeply value-driven (Team Up, Drive Impact, Take Ownership, Solve Bigger, Obsess Over Experience, Make Today Count) and care tremendously about investing in our high-performers.
