About Veho
Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 annually
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and generous PTO for full-time roles.
About the Role:
As a 3PL Vendor Program Manager at Veho, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our growing network of 3PL sortation partners across the U.S. You’ll work directly under the Sr. Director of Transportation to ensure our external sortation operations deliver the quality, throughput, and compliance Veho expects. This role blends relationship management, analytical rigor, and operational execution—ideal for someone who can connect the dots between vendor performance, cost, and customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day vendor performance, maintaining contract and pricing documentation, and establishing the cadence and metrics that drive accountability. The right candidate will be both data-driven and relationship-oriented, able to partner cross-functionally with Transportation, Finance, Legal, and Field Ops teams to ensure our 3PL network scales efficiently and sustainably.
A great candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply-chain operations (3PL management preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors, contracts, and SLAs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence cross-functionally
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment
What You’ll Do:
- Vendor Oversight: Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL sortation providers to ensure throughput, scanning, and quality meet Veho standards.
- Performance Management: Build and maintain vendor scorecards—tracking cost per package, on-time performance, launch execution, damage %, and safety metrics.
- Operational Cadence: Establish and lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Peak Readiness sessions to drive alignment and improvement.
- Contract & SLA Management: Review, organize, and maintain all 3PL sortation agreements, pricing structures, and service commitments.
- Analysis & Insights: Support feasibility studies, volume modeling, and financial analysis for new and existing 3PL partnerships.
- Process & Compliance: Partner with internal Transportation and Tech teams to align systems, data flows, and SOPs across the 3PL network.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and execute action plans to improve service levels and cost efficiency.
- Sourcing Support: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified 3PL partners, assisting with bid events, onboarding, and contract renewals.
