Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.

Anticipated Schedule:
- This is a 7pm-7am overnight shift.
- This team is on a rotating schedule, a 4-days-on, 3-days-off. All shifts are 12 hours. You can expect to work approximately 42 hrs/wk.

About the Role
As a NOC Sr. Supervisor in Veho’s new National Operations Center (NOC), you will act as a command lead during your shift—driving real-time visibility, problem-solving, and performance across our 3PL and internal sites. You’ll oversee a team of NOC Coordinators, ensuring operational health, proactive issue resolution, and alignment with service level expectations. This role requires strong situational awareness, leadership under pressure, and the ability to translate complex network data into decisive action.
A great candidate:
- 5–7 years in logistics/parcel ops, preferably in a command center or multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Familiarity with TMS/WMS, dashboards, and real-time operational reporting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple incidents under time pressure.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coach NOC Specialists and Analysts during assigned shift.
- Own escalation matrix: decide when to escalate to Engineering, Transportation, or Leadership.
- Issue flash alerts and incident bridges when network health is compromised.
- Provide ongoing feedback, reinforce process adherence, and ensure consistent shift handoffs.
- Ensure SOP compliance and continuous improvement across shifts.
- Identify process gaps, contribute to SOP updates, and surface systemic issues for Tier 2 escalation.

No matter the location, or the role, every Veho teammate shares one galvanizing mission: driving commerce forward with a customer-centric delivery and returns experience that’s built for the modern era.
