What you will do
- Serve in a customer-facing capacity to deploy medically-focused integrated hardware-software products to meet customer and operational needs.
- Establish and grow supplier and vendor relationships within the military and civilian medical ecosystem.
- Own the deployment of Valinor Harbor products at test and demonstration events.
- Translate medic, nurse, APPs, physician and surgeon insights into product requirements and improvements.
- Design & implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements, feedback, issues, and challenges found through the deployment of Valinor Harbor products.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of product features and configurations that improve the deployment of Valinor Harbor products.
- Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, which includes issue tracking, training sessions, and operational preparation.
- Be the first to respond when things go wrong. Even if a problem is outside your area of expertise, you make the first move to fix it.
- Think creatively, work collaboratively, and go above and beyond to get the job done.
- This role requires the candidate to be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance at the SECRET level.
Who we are looking for
- A seasoned medical professional with 7+ years of experience in a hands-on clinical or operational environment. This might include: SOF medic or SOF medical experience; Medic, nurse, PA/NP experience; Civilian and military medical experience
- Comfortable bridging the gap between medical and technical teams
- Excited to travel frequently, meet users where they are, and gather firsthand insights
- Calm under pressure and relentless in solving problems, whether medical, technical, or operational
