Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative and relentless Organic Marketer who can build buzz, drive engagement, and grow Triumph’s presence across social platforms. In this role, you’ll be the voice of Triumph on social media — creating conversations, driving hype, and building a passionate community around skill-based gaming.

  • Develop and execute Triumph’s organic social media strategy across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms

  • Post daily content that captures attention, drives conversation, and amplifies our brand voice — ideally 10+ times per day

  • Create, curate, and repurpose content that resonates with players, gamers, and the broader tech/crypto audience

  • Engage directly with followers and influencers to build strong community connections and encourage user-generated content

  • Collaborate with design, growth, and product teams to align messaging with major launches, tournaments, and promotions

  • Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep Triumph’s content fresh, relevant, and entertaining

  • Track organic engagement metrics and use insights to continuously refine tone, frequency, and creative direction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience running a high-engagement social media account — ideally in the tech, crypto, or gaming space

  • Deep understanding of what performs well on social, especially on X (Twitter) and TikTok

  • Ability to post and engage multiple times daily while maintaining a consistent, authentic brand voice

  • Strong grasp of community management — you enjoy talking to users, fans, and creators

  • Creative instincts for meme culture, short-form storytelling, and viral content

  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy based on results

  • Passion for gaming, competition, and connecting with audiences through content

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
