Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Creative Content Manager to generate ads that drive our user acquisition campaigns. This role will be 10-15 hours per week depending on need and ability to create your own content. In addition to the responsibilities and requirements below, please also share a portfolio of successful ads that you’ve created and be prepared to discuss your strategy and their performance.

  • Create high performing ads that drive user acquisition campaigns at scale

  • Build a pipeline of creatives for testing on social platforms and ad networks

  • Analyze creative performance data and testing results to identify insights that inform future concepts and strategies

  • Analyze popular ads, competitive ads, and create design specs/ideas to turn them into testable ads

  • Collaborate with UA managers and Adops to understand current ad performance to inform new creatives

  • Conduct regular analysis of market trends to optimize and iterate creative testing

  • Ability to generate creative concepts that effectively target different demographics including age and gender

Qualifications:

  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and requirements

  • An understanding of the ad formats and demographics that perform for each channel

  • Experience in mobile games or real money gambling applications

  • Passion for games and gaming trends and culture

  • Strong Bonus: Experience in generating your own creatives using the Adobe Suite or other editing tools
