We are currently seeking a senior engineer to join our engineering department.
Educational Qualifications:
You've helped lead teams at a large company or were in a management position at a startup that successfully built complex products
Strong technical background.
Exposure to dev ops, cryptography, statistics, and system architecture (preferred)
Personal requirements:
You thrive in low-structure environments and want more responsibility
You want to be assessed based on what you produce rather than what you contribute
You care about personal growth
You enjoy engaging, dynamic problems
Above all, you should be reliable and learn quickly
Compensation:
$150-200k cash, $150-300k equity/tokens
