We are currently seeking a junior engineer to join our engineering department as an individual contributor.
Educational Qualifications:
You've recently graduated (or want to drop out) from a top engineering school
Experienced in low level languages (required)
Familiarity with cryptography
Exposure to dev ops, statistics, and system architecture (preferred)
Personal requirements:
You thrive in low-structure environments and want more responsibility
You want to be assessed based on what you produce rather than what you contribute
You care about personal growth
You enjoy engaging, dynamic problems
Above all, you should be reliable and learn quickly
Compensation:
$120-170k cash, $100/200k equity/tokens
