The role
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and driven candidate to develop into an IS Team Lead role, managing a team of 4-7 people. This person will report directly to the Director of the department.
In this role, you will be an instrumental part of every aspect of the NAM Implementation Team, but more specifically the driver of the North America IS Team. You'll play a key role by focusing on the continued skill development of the team, ramping newbies and performance management and aid in the achievement of the NAM revenue goals.

What you will do:

Manage the NAM Implementation Specialists & Senior Implementation Specialists
Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure consistent success in performance and/or course correcting to ensure on track performance
Setup quarterly development objectives for the team

Take a management role within NAM IS, as a whole
Review employees performance on a regular basis
Ongoing data analysis and reporting of NAM Team performance with actionable outcomes & strategy
Lead NAM IS Team Meetings
Promote and foster team camaraderie, both within team members and at managerial level

Coach & mentor a world-class cross-functional team
Have a strong focus on constant skill development of the IS team
Identify individual and team training needs
Onboard and train new Implementation Specialists
Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for the Implementation Team confidently
Develop specific training sessions based on needs
Act as a consultant to your direct reports
What will make you a great fit:
Proven track record as a solid performer or higher, with an emphasis on mentoring, in your current role
Experience managing direct reports at Perk
Excellent understanding of our value proposition, internal processes, and customer requirements.
Time Management skills
Ability to take on ownership and drive initiatives forward
Very creative and solution-driven attitude.
Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
Strong proficiency, both oral and written
Ability to design effective training programs.
Great organizational and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary, commissions, and stock options. The base salary range is $89,500 - $105,000, and the on-target variable earnings are $23,000. The commission structure will be tied to achieving revenue & retention targets.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
