We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern to join the Revenue Operations team! This role is a full-time 12-month internship where you thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and are collaborative. You are fearless in driving solutions and resolving problems which have yet to be uncovered.

About the Revenue Operations Team:

  • Revenue Operations is a global operations team aligning processes, people and analytics to drive business growth. We drive and provide support to the sales teams. We engage with the front line teams to drive sales and revenue.
  • We’re a fast growing team and this role could be the perfect launchpad to start a career in Revenue Operations!

About the Internship:

  • The role delivers both qualitative and quantitative support for the revenue organisation.
  • You will work with a revenue team of over 500 people (and growing!) and cross-functionally with other teams.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and collaborative. You are fearless to drive solutions and resolve problems which have yet to be uncovered in a fast-paced environment focused on high impact performance.
  • You are approachable and will be a trusted business partner to our revenue organisation.

What You Will Do:

  • Use data and insights to identify and solve problems.
  • Learn on the job how to use tools used by our sales team such as Salesforce.
  • Help to set up new joiners with access to the tools they need to be successful for their job.
  • Triage inbound requests from the sales team, helping to prioritise them, address them or assign them to the appropriate subject matter expert in the Revenue Operations team.
  • Support to manage data hygiene in our key sales tools.
  • Support strategic initiatives within the Revenue Operation team.

What Will You Need:

  • To be pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or Finance equivalent
  • No prior full-time work experience needed, with a preference for work experience in the form of an internship or similar professional placement
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides), Excel, and PowerPoint preferred but not required
  • Display a strong understanding of TravelPerk values, business acumen, and professionalism
  • Team player
  • Strong interest in the technology industry
  • Eligible to sign University Agreement with University
