We are looking for a Senior People Insights Analyst to lead the generation and delivery of actionable people insights that drive tangible business value. People Analytics is integral to our strategy for attracting, selecting, developing, rewarding, and retaining talent. As the Senior People Analytics Analyst, you will be a strategic analytics partner to both the People team and the broader business. You will outline key metrics, ensure data quality, and create actionable insights to move us towards our goals.
Reporting directly to the Director of People Operations, you will closely collaborate with our Systems & Data Analyst. This role is pivotal in our analytics journey, where you will shape the direction of our initiatives, drive innovation, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the People team and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and goals, providing insights to inform decision-making related to People strategies and programs.
- Align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with business priorities to measure the success of initiatives. Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor and track progress.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of our People data, partnering with our Systems & Data Analyst to identify and address data inconsistencies.
- Shape the direction of our Analytics capabilities, driving continuous improvement in data, processes, methods, and tools.
- Develop analytical questions, identify and analyze required data, test hypotheses, and present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Partner with the People team and business leaders to drive positive outcomes from actionable data insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarks to inform our Analytics strategy.
- Serve as the go-to expert on all people data, providing advice, enabling self-service, and ensuring decisions are based on robust evidence.
- Present informative data in easily consumable formats, creating a clear narrative and takeaways for various audiences.
What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Solid understanding of HR practices including attraction, selection, retention, development, and reward.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a range of styles and cultures.
- Proven track record of driving results and delivering value through data-driven decision-making.
- Curiosity and critical thinking skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and identify solutions.
- Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver, and partner in a cross-functional environment.

This position requires being based in our Barcelona hub. At TravelPerk, we believe in In Real-Life interactions and ask our team to come into the office three times per week. Team members that want to go to the office more are welcome too, this is particularly encouraged during onboarding.
