About this role:

Transcarent is actively seeking an Implementation Manager (IM) to join a dynamic growing company in the BSBSC digital healthcare world. This role is integral to the Client Implementations Team, successfully managing cross functional client facing projects to ensure an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure multiple, complex, client facing projects are delivered on time and in scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Use best practices and promoting excellence in:
  • Advancing projects from engagement to post-live transition
  • Management of client/third party expectations, tasks, issues, and risks
  • Matrixed resource management
  • Cross-functional collaboration and unblocking
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Executive, client, and task level communication
  • Leadership – ensure on-time delivery of our contracted client experience solutions and meeting or exceeding our aggressive OKRs and KPIs.
  • Report out to multiple constituents, from planning phase through successful activation, and transition to the Account Team.
  • Program Support - identify opportunities for internal project delivery efficiencies, process improvement and design. Ensure policies and procedures are clearly defined and followed to promote proficiency and efficiency.
  • Collaboration - work closely with Sales, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Engineering, Solutions, and Client Success teams to ensure successful delivery of Transcarent services.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited university
  • At least 7 years of experience leading large, complex projects or at least 10 years of experience with less complex and/or smaller projects
  • PMI (I.e., PMP, PgMP) and Agile (e.g., CSM) Certification preferred
  • Experience independently developing standard program and project documentation
  • Experience managing matrixed cross-functional project teams
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, diagramming solutions (Lucid Chart, Miro, Visio) Outstanding executive facing communication (written and verbal, effective virtual presence)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a fast-moving start-up environment
  • Understanding of integration tools (APIs (Application Program Interface), Business Intelligence models (Commure/Snowflake), and other data sharing methods (SFTP/ETL/FHIR)
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$105,000$125,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
