About this role
We’re seeking a collaborative and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Pharmacy product team.
As the Senior Product Manager for Pharmacy, you will work cross-functionally to build industry defining Pharmacy experiences. Your scope will include Pharmacy Marketplace, our medication price transparency and savings tool; Pharmacy Care, our transparent PBM alternative; as well as our new Weight Health solution.
This is a high impact role. You will not only build new features for current Transcarent members, but also launch entirely new offerings that will open up new market opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Transcarent’s Pharmacy member experiences, and our new Weight Health solution.
- Build strong perspective on roadmap priorities by deeply understanding the needs of our members, our customers, and our business.
- Partner closely with design, engineering, product marketing, sales, and other teams to build and launch best-in-class products & features.
- Define success metrics and analyze the impact of product initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to refine and optimize our product offerings based on product metrics and analysis.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of healthcare product management experience, ideally building products in or adjacent to the pharmacy industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross functional product initiatives to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You make others feel understood, not just heard.
- Ability to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, always focusing on the "why” behind everything you do – from broad strategy presentations to detailed product requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location
You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
